VENDOR FEES

Fees for Non-Food Vendors

The general non-food vendor fee for Caribana Ignite 2025 is $150.00. 

**Note: Non-food Vendors will have booths available for Saturday 23rd August 2025 ONLY.

 

FOOD VENDORS

Definitions:

  • Large Food Vendor - includes food truck vendors and booth vendors who sell full meals e.g. rice & peas and chicken.
  • Small Food Vendor - booth vendors who sell appetizer style food e.g. Jamaican patties, pholourie, beef pies, pastelles, soup, etc.

Fees for food vendors range from $100.00 to $450.00. Select your fee category below.

Early bird pricing on all fee categories is $25.00 OFF before April 01, 2025.


CONSENT AND AGREEMENT

By submitting this form, you agree to:

  • Adhere to the guidelines and instructions provided by the event organizers.
  • Supply all relevant documents within ten (10) days of being requested by the committee.
  • Notify the organizers at least five (5) days prior to the event, if you are unable to attend be a vendor. Late withdrawals will not be refunded.
  • Pay all required vendor fees to the Caribana Arts Group no later than June 30, 2025. Failure to pay will result in the removal of your application.
